Melissa Brod serves as Vice President, Account Director and Pharmaceutical Principal at VAT IT USA. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MA in Business from the University of Miami. Melissa joined VAT IT through its acquisition of Meridian VAT Reclaim, where she was among the early team members in the U.S. region. Based in New York, she leads global client engagements across multiple verticals with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals and biopharma and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Ramon Grasmeijer is leading GCO’s Consultancy practice, spearheading the firm’s strategic direction in HCP engagements, Risk Management, VAT reclaim and Compliance advisory. With an MBA and two decades of industry experience, Ramon blends deep operational insight with strategic vision to help life sciences and pharma clients maximize efficiency, mitigate risk, and optimize their stakeholder engagement strategies. Under his leadership, GCO has expanded its footprint in Life Sciences services and compliance solutions across global markets.
